Refund Policy

All eligible refunds will be processed within 25–30 working days from the date of cancellation. The refunded amount will be credited to the customer's original bank account or payment method.

Welcome to Edu2020.com, operated by ArcticTern Consultancy Services Private Limited. This policy applies to all Industrial Visits (i2v) and related services booked through our platform.

1. Edu2020 reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

2. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Cancellation Policy.

3. By providing your personal information, you consent to its use in accordance with this policy and our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation Terms

4. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via official email or communication. The cancellation date will be the date on which Edu2020 receives the request.

Cancellation by Edu2020

5. Edu2020 may cancel or reschedule an industrial visit due to unavoidable circumstances, safety concerns, natural calamities, or partner unavailability.

6. In such cases, customers will be offered either:

• A full refund, or
• An alternative visit date, based on mutual agreement.

Non-Refundable Situations

7. No refunds will be issued for:

• No-shows
• Late arrivals
• Partial participation
• Voluntary withdrawal during the visit

Transfer of Booking

8. Bookings may be transferred to another participant only with prior written approval from Edu2020.
